Your Tasks
- Support and manage existing customer accounts
- Implement sales development strategies to identify and develop new customer relationships
- Identify customers’ needs to offer the most relevant solutions and ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor the sales process from quotation through negotiation to order completion
- Professional presentation of Ceratizit Group on the customer side
- Ensure continuous observation of the market and competitor trends
- Close cooperation with internal sales department (customer service) and the management team in Reutte, Austria
Your Profile
- You hold a technical education background
- You have several years of professional experience in sales of technical products, ideally in the field of cemented carbides
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- You are customer‑centric, proactive, and business‑driven
- You are willing to travel majority of your time to meet the different customers in your dedicated area
- You speak fluently Czech and either English or German
