Own Full-Cycle Recruitment Tech Strategy: Take complete ownership of the recruiting lifecycle—from initial strategy and deep talent analysis to sourcing, candidate advisory, and closing top-tier talent for niche technical roles.
Source and Engage Top Talent: Develop and execute innovative sourcing plans, utilizing a variety of tools (including proactive outreach via phone/video and internet research) to attract, engage, and advise candidates with specialized, in-demand skill sets.
Be a Strategic Partner: Act as a trusted consultant to our hiring managers, building strong working relationships to proactively understand their needs, manage interview process expectations, and deliver exceptional talent.
