Summary

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our EMEA recruiting team in Krakow, Poland. You will support hiring for our Product Development and Operations, as well as Product Strategy organizations. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining and automating local recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with data collection standards, and effectively utilizing our ATS and other tools and technologies at your disposal. You will elevate our Talent Acquisition best practices by building strong partnerships, fostering effective communication, and promoting stakeholder collaboration. As a subject matter expert, you will provide market-based insights to inform TA decision-making and collaborate with Talent Leadership to drive strategic initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for European and international markets, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for those countries.
  • Proactively identify and engage top talent through direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging local talent channels.
  • Provide expert market insights and advise stakeholders on competitive salary trends, candidate availability, and hiring best practices.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, maintaining high engagement levels throughout the hiring journey.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion efforts in the recruitment process for both markets, ensuring a broad and inclusive talent pool.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, specifically in Europe.
  • Demonstrated track record in recruiting for a variety of roles (e.g., technical, corporate, managerial) across different levels.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to engage with talent in the local markets.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment in Europe/International markets, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, market trends, and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, demonstrating high organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and social media platforms for talent acquisition, and integrating AI into daily workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
