Technical Recruiter (Fixed Term)

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for software engineering positions (such as Senior Software Engineer, Staff Software Engineer, Architect) to meet hiring goals while maintaining best-in-class candidate experience
• Ensure diversity and inclusion strategies are incorporated throughout the steps in the entire hiring process
• Source and attract active and passive candidates from various resources, including direct sourcing, referrals, social networks, networking events, etc.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals while adhering to recruiting processes and procedures
• Be accountable to yourself, your team, your hiring leaders, and your candidates

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Poland is between zł125,300.00 -zł187,900.00. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
