Your Tasks
- Manage selected complex projects where Capgemini delivers the complete solution as End‑to‑End owner, including first-off, large non‑standard, or cross‑organization solutions with third‑party involvement.
- Lead and direct technical functions such as Analysis & Design and Integration, Verification & Validation.
- Ensure successful solution integration and acceptance under Market Unit leadership, based on contracted scope.
- Engage during pre‑sales to define the technical delivery strategy, including project organization, deliverables, tools, and governance.
- Lead technical negotiations, drive execution across project streams, and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate resolution of technical issues and establish support processes with engineering teams.
- Verify end‑to‑end quality and stability of the solution, ensuring all project KPIs are met.
- Advise customers on network evolution and identify opportunities for project up‑scopes.
Your Profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in complex, cross‑domain technical projects.
- Experience in Telco Core Networks, Cloud, and Data Centers.
- Proven experience in pre‑sales activities: scoping, estimation, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills in technical environments.
- Self‑driven, independent, and capable of delivering results with minimal supervision.
- Experience in configuration and change management.
- Solid understanding of system engineering and integration methodologies.
- Familiarity with operator business models and technology drivers.
- Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
- Exposure to public and/or hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience with CI/CD automation.
