Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team and lead several key projects, including the deployment of Windows 11, the implementation of our Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform using CyberArk, and the security enhancement of our new model of Mobile Device for office use. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the deployment process of Windows 11 across our organization.
2. Ensure seamless transition and minimal disruption to end-users.
3. Lead the implementation project of the CyberArk PAM platform.
4. Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
5. Oversee the project to secure the new model of mobile devices for office use.
6. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure compliance with security protocols.
7. Conduct qualification of needs, analyze situations, identify malfunctions, and develop action plans.
8. Produce project monitoring reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
9. Manage a large-scale IT environment with 23 workstations and 4 mobile devices.
10. Collaborate with a diverse team of approximately 50 professionals, supported by our run team in Slovakia.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
2. Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, workstations, operational processes, and continuous improvement.
3. Strong technical background.
4. Proven track record in managing complex technical projects.
5. Strong analytical skills for needs qualification and situation analysis.
6. Expertise in resource management and working with service providers.
7. Familiarity with CyberArk and Digital Workplace solutions.
8. Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
9. Fluent in English (required) and French (nice to have).
10. Highly autonomous and able to navigate a multicultural environment.
11. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
