Responsibilities
- Verify, monitor and supervise the design and architecture of a robust, scalable platform for IoT B2B and B2C services
- Ensure platform stability, security, and performance through proactive monitoring and optimization
- Oversee incident management and root cause analysis for critical issues
- Cooperate closely with vendors who provide the platform and service
- Become a knowledge owner of the platform and a prime contact for technical topics
- Organize and run technical meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Network, Security) to deliver integrated solutions
- Provide technical mentoring to a team in order to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Closely cooperate with People Leader to help the team grow and improve cooperation with stakeholders
Requirements
- Knowledge of mobile networks (4G, 5GNSA, 5GSA)
- Understanding of UDP/TCP/SCTP/IP, MTU/MSS related topics, NAT & CGNAT, BGP, routing, MPLS, GRE, IPsec
- Ability to understand related ITU‑T, IEEE, IETF standards
- Knowledge of TLS, HTTP, DNS, Diameter, Radius
- Experience using tracing tools (Wireshark)
- Experience in high availability designs (redundancy internal and georedundancy)
- Proven experience in platform maintenance within the telco or technology sector
- Expertise in scalability, high availability, and security principles
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
