Your new company
You will join a global IT consulting company that specialises in transformational management and technology. After joining the organisation, you will be supporting their clients from banking industry, in particular in cybersecurity area. Your expertise will help the client to build digital solutions that will allow customers to bank quickly, simply and securely.In particular, you will be joining team that is working on new Privileged Access Management project. That project will involve uplifting controls and capabilities in privileged access for the Group and introducing the strategic password vaulting solution that will enable to meet strategic requirements.
Your new role As Technical Project Manager you will be responsible for managing design deliverables to urgent timescales, working as part of global programming team. You personally will be responsible for overseeing work of small team of designers and architects.The most important responsibility is ensuring that all tasks are delivered in timely manner and against the plan dates as appropriate.
What you39ll need to succeed
- Proven track record of managing a Design/Architecture Team and delivering HLD and LLDs on schedule working with numerous stakeholders
- Accountability for delivery of Designs
- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
- Strong technical understanding of PAM Tools and infrastructure technologies and connectivity
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including reporting on progress and blockers.
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Knowledge of JIRA and running SCRUM / KANBAN Calls / Daily Stand-ups to manage team output.
- Experience of managing offshore resources
- Risk and issue management
- Strong leadership skills
- Conflict management and problem resolution skills
- Good time management
- Positive team player working as part of a larger team
- Experience in working in commercial banking environment will be a plus
