Technical Project Manager – IAM (CyberArk / One Identity Manager) Miejsce pracy: Kraków Technologies we use Expected CyberArk One Identity Manager Optional PMP PRINCE2 Operating system Windows About the project As a Technical Project Manager specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM), you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing cybersecurity programs centered around CyberArk and One Identity Manager. This role is responsible for orchestrating the delivery of IAM projects, ensuring alignment with the organizations security architecture, and collaborating across multiple teams to drive impactful outcomes. Your work will directly support HCLTech’s commitment to safeguarding digital assets and maintaining the integrity of enterprise systems. Your responsibilities Lead the execution of IAM projects, overseeing program delivery across multiple technical streams involving CyberArk and One Identity Manager. Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project plans, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies. Coordinate and facilitate governance forums, ensuring robust reporting cadence and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate closely with architecture, security, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with security controls and best practices. Ensure projects comply with internal and external security standards and regulatory requirements. Manage relationships with vendors and internal teams, orchestrating seamless integration and delivery. Organize and facilitate workshops, solution design discussions, and alignment sessions to drive consensus and innovation. Oversee rollout, testing, and documentation processes, ensuring quality and completeness of project outcomes. Our requirements Strong delivery experience in implementing and managing CyberArk and One Identity Manager solutions. Proven track record of leading multi-stream technical programs within complex enterprise environments. Deep understanding of identity governance and privileged access management concepts. Exceptional coordination, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Advanced proficiency in English (C1/C2 level preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in CyberArk, One Identity Manager, or IAM technologies highly desirable. Optional Experience working in multinational or large-scale enterprise environments. Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, NIST). Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) considered an asset. Knowledge of additional IAM tools and technologies advantageous.
