Overview
You will be joining the Business Engagement & RPA team, part of Enterprise Integrations within Global IT. We collaborate closely with colleagues worldwide to create transparency, foster collaboration, and drive IT changes that optimize business areas. This spans disciplines such as process optimization, stakeholder management, and enhancing cross‑team collaboration.
Responsibilities
As our new Technical Project Manager, you will leverage your project management expertise and technical skills to analyse, plan, and execute IT-related tasks and projects across Enterprise Integrations, supporting DSV’s M&A integration activities. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and deliver end‑to‑end technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Utilize agile methodologies to manage project timelines, deliverables, and team collaboration.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including developers, clients, and management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Assist with the implementation of governance frameworks that improve deliverables and communication between DSV business and IT.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical PM in a large international organisation.
- Experience and certification in project management frameworks such as Prince2.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Proven track record of leading IT technical projects.
- Domain knowledge of EDI/API and DevOps processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
