We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can collaborate with our engineering teams located in Poland and stakeholders to develop products that effectively address market and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to design and deliver technical solutions.
- Requests Management: Comprehend the business objectives, assess their significance, and collaborate with architects to evaluate the effort and impact required for implementation.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans including scope, timeline, and milestones.
- Stakeholder Management: Support stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across teams.
- Objective Setting and Achievement: Define and monitor project objectives to align with organizational goals (OKRs).
Desired Experience
- Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years in technology-driven environments, experience in managing small to medium scale technical projects.
- Educational Background: Formal education in technical disciplines, science, or project management.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts; knowledge of IT-related technologies, including web technologies, databases, cloud computing, and programming languages.
- Problem-Solving and Risk Management: Strong problem-solving skills and risk assessment abilities.
- Interpersonal and Engagement Skills: Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting data.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Language skills: Polish (C1), English (B2).
- Project Management Expertise: Strong organizational and proactive attitude.
