About the project

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong project management and technical expertise to support the delivery of key initiatives for our Consumer Data Product (CDP & CRM). This contractor role will focus on ensuring the smooth execution of workstreams, effective stakeholder communication, and operational continuity across systems.

The contract duration is 3 months.

Your responsibilities

Lead communication and deliver training plans in key markets to support CDP adoption
Manage operational continuity across CDP and CRM platforms, including ticket handling
Support iterative development, testing, and deployment across systems
Prepare clear and practical user guides and support documentation
Translate business strategies and stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements

Our requirements

At least 4 years of experience in project management and technical delivery
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
Ability to work independently and drive workstreams forward
Technical knowledge: SQL, REST Integration, cloud basics
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and CDP platforms
Background in data products, change management, and user adoption strategies
Very good communication skills in both Polish and English
Residing in Poland required
