About the project

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong project management and technical expertise to support the delivery of key initiatives for our Consumer Data Product (CDP & CRM). This contractor role will focus on ensuring the smooth execution of workstreams, effective stakeholder communication, and operational continuity across systems.

The contract duration is 3 months.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead communication and deliver training plans in key markets to support CDP adoption
  • Manage operational continuity across CDP and CRM platforms, including ticket handling
  • Support iterative development, testing, and deployment across systems
  • Prepare clear and practical user guides and support documentation
  • Translate business strategies and stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements

Our requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in project management and technical delivery
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and drive workstreams forward
  • Technical knowledge: SQL, REST Integration, cloud basics
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and CDP platforms
  • Background in data products, change management, and user adoption strategies
  • Very good communication skills in both Polish and English
  • Residing in Poland required
