Job Purpose:

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Project/Delivery Manager reporting into Europe, UK and Middle East & Africa Portfolio Manager. In this position, you will work closely with Program and IT Operations managers to drive planning, execution, and delivery of key IT strategy initiatives such as:

Large scale infrastructure migrations in regional Data Centers, involving upgrading business critical systems’ components, relocation of production workload to the optimal location, and deployment of business applications’ infrastructure.

Tasks:

1. Project initiation, planning and execution, identifying and leading the critical path and milestones of a schedule.
2. Identification of risks impacting project deliverables, with follow-through on mitigation and resolution.
3. Closely monitor project progress to ensure timely completion while complying with project management processes, tools, and procedures.
4. Manage communication of status and issues to all partners on a timely basis, preparing and reporting project status periodically, including metrics needed for various risk groups.

Requirements:

1. 4-5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
2. Fluent English, both written and verbal, is a requirement.
3. Practical experience in Project Management methodologies (waterfall, agile) and related techniques.
4. Ability to communicate, negotiate, influence, and establish relationships at all levels, with effective meeting management, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Understanding of Enterprise IT architecture and components, including Telephony/Voice, Data Network, Storage/Servers for Distributed systems, End User Computing (VDI), Cloud (PaaS, SaaS), and some understanding of Databases, Middleware systems, and Operating Systems. A general familiarity with the enterprise IT environment and related technology applications.
