We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and data center operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading IT projects, providing second and third-level support, and ensuring the security and compliance of our systems.

Salary: up to 20,000 PLN gross/month

Employment Type: B2B, Contract of employment

Work Model: Hybrid

Your Daily Tasks

• Oversee and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Support and manage cloud solutions (AWS, Azure), as well as external data centers.
• Schedule maintenance and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide expert-level support for complex IT issues, collaborating with the IT team for timely resolutions.
• Oversee technical support strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies to protect infrastructure from cyber threats.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and prepare compliance reports for headquarters.
• Lead IT projects, including integrations, migrations, and deployments, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure that third-party services (IaaS/SaaS) meet business standards.
• Administer Active Directory, O365, and virtualized infrastructure (VMware).
• Support internal users and resolve second-level hardware and software issues.
• Maintain a knowledge base of common issues, providing training to first-level support.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure and cloud management.
• Proven experience in managing IT projects, including cloud-based solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, VMware, Active Directory, and O365 administration.
• Experience with IT security tools (Zscaler, Trend Micro) and compliance frameworks.
