For our Client – a global company operating in the transport and logistics sector – we are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead complex IT initiatives in an international environment. The role is part of a team responsible for technology-driven projects, including post-acquisition system integrations and modernization of core IT architecture.

This position is ideal for professionals who combine strong project management maturity with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex IT projects and programs end-to-end, from scope definition and planning to execution, reporting and closure

• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams (infrastructure, systems, applications) in a global, distributed environment

• Lead IT integration and consolidation projects following mergers and acquisitions

• Contribute to strategic initiatives related to modernization and transformation of central IT architecture

• Manage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, ensuring alignment and clear communication

• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies and critical paths in technology-focused initiatives

• Ensure high quality delivery, timelines adherence and transparent project governance

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing IT projects, particularly technology-heavy or infrastructure-related initiatives

• Strong understanding of IT technology layers, including infrastructure, data transmission and application landscape

• Engineering background or strong technical foundation is a significant advantage

• Experience working in international environments (English at least B2 level)

• High level of ownership, accountability and proactive approach to project delivery

• Strong interest in technology and large-scale, complex IT programs
