Technical Project Manager
As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee innovative and strategic New Product/New Technology Introduction projects. You will interact with Senior personnel across international environment at Markem-Imaje including Program Directors, Engineer Experts and Program Office Managers.
What you will do:
- Execute a portfolio of initiatives and projects that are aligned with Markem-Imaje strategic goals.
- Manage the specifications all along the projects, including management of cross-disciplines Teams.
- Size and organize the projects even with a macro-description of the needs: resources, expenses, investments.
- Lead the definition and update of the business case.
- Execute the projects according to the QCD targets based on efficient management of planning, risks, requirements, quality demonstration, etc.
What you need to have:
- At least 8 years of professional experience in New Product/New Technology Introduction project management.
- Extensive Project management and stage gate process experience for large scale electro-mechanical projects. PMI certified preferred.
- Engineer or Master’s in Science education level.
- Strong business acumen covering Product Marketing, Supply chain and Finance.
- Significant awareness on Critical To Quality approach such design review, FMEA, risk analysis.
- High level of English and intermediate level of Polish.
- Location: Readiness to work from our current location at 39 Farbiarska Street in Warsaw till later in 2025, when we are opening our new facility at 105 Katowicka Avenue in Kajetany.
