We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. You will leverage your technical expertise to lead and manage the successful delivery of client projects. By working closely with both clients and internal teams, you will ensure that projects are executed seamlessly, meet technical specifications, and are delivered on time and within budget. As a key player in project execution, you will help maintain high client satisfaction while ensuring the delivery of quality technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
- Ensure all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost
- Measure project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques
- Report and, if necessary, escalate issues to management
- Track dependencies and serve as a point of contact, necessitating technical involvement and domain understanding
- Coordinate timely task delivery across a large stakeholder group, pushing toward clear timelines and flagging potential risks
- Build a clear plan for core tool migration
- Provide regular status reports on progress, including risks and mitigation plans
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years in delivery/project management or related roles
- Strong educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering for technical project managers
- Proven experience as a project manager in the IT sector
- Solid technical background, with hands‑on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
