What We Need from You
- Strong ownership and outcome orientation.
- 3+ years of experience in product, delivery, or development team management.
- Experience working with a live, evolving product (continuous improvements, releases, feedback loops).
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience running ceremonies.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI fundamentals across mobile and desktop.
- Technical maturity: ability to work with engineers, read API docs, and understand integration flows.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with requirements and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills — driving clarity, expectations, and communication.
- Ability to spot risks early and proactively shape plans, dependencies, and priorities.
- Very good communication skills (spoken & written, Polish and English).
- Curious, eager to learn, and continuously improve.
- Comfortable working with metrics and KPIs to guide decisions.
Nice to have
- Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner).
- Experience in the e-commerce or integrations-heavy environment.
- Experience in a software house / consulting setup.
- Understanding of QA processes, test planning, or release management.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and modern web/mobile architectures.
