Leading: Organise cross-functional project teams and manage end-to-end delivery, from evaluation to design and execution.
Planning: Facilitate Client meetings and internal discovery workshops to understand business challenges and requirements; Break down complex problems and propose on-point solutions
Tracking: Provide accurate and timely programme health and updates to all stakeholders; Actively manage programme risks, schedule and quality.
Process: Identify and implement process improvements, develop communication plans, and drive user feedback into product improvements
Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation, stay current with technology trends, and prioritise activities for organisational value
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical programme management and/or product management
Knowledge in project and program management fundamentals, tools and techniques
Proven track record of managing the delivery of data and technical solutions with consistent timeliness and quality outcomes
Ability to manage client expectations and align to client’s strategic goals, especially in challenging environments
Ability to drive complex development projects with global cross-functional teams
Working experience with some of the following technologies: SQL (must-have), Alteryx, Azure, AWS, GCP, Power BI, Tableau, Python
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to quickly analyze and process data and information to formulate actions
