We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our dynamic team. The TPM will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing complex, cross-functional technical projects. You will work closely with engineering, product management, customer success, Fraud and Risk Management and other teams to ensure that our product development initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology and excels at bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several Global markets. The salary for this position ranges from zł 160,000 per year up to zł 220,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors evaluated throughout the interview, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At GeoComply, our salary bands are crafted with purpose.
