Role Overview
As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll be at the heart of bringing Wonderful to life for enterprise customers. You’ll turn ambitious AI visions into operational reality - leading complex implementations, managing cross‑functional alignment, and ensuring every launch delivers measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the delivery of Wonderful to enterprise customers
- Scope and define requirements, success metrics and integration plans for complex POCs and onboardings
- Lead platform implementation, integrations, and agent refinement to drive successful production launches
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Client teams to align on deliverables, timelines & SLAs
- Monitor and analyze AI agents performance in production
- Identify and develop new AI use‑cases with customers to expand impact and adoption rates
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager; or ~4 years experience in a top‑tier consulting firm, investment bank, or fast‑growing startup
- Fluent in English, written & spoken
- Strong project‑management and communication skills
- Comfortable working with APIs, data flows, and change‑management processes
- Proactive, hands‑on attitude and a passion for AI
- B.Sc. in Computer Science (or a related technical field) with a GPA of 90+.
- Experience in a startup in a Hyper‑growth stage - a big Plus
