Technical Program Manager | IT Recruitment

Ciklum is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role:

As a Technical Program Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

The Client will be contracting a Team of DevOPS, SREs, System Admin / OPS Engineers to assist with the ability to extend based on business needs. The objective is to design, implement, and optimize a secure, scalable, and highly available identity and access management infrastructure. This infrastructure will serve as the foundation for centralized authentication, authorization, and resource access control across the organization’s IT environment.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Execution: Drive the successful delivery of complex cloud infrastructure programs, ensuring full alignment between technical implementation and strategic business goals
• Large-Scale Leadership: Manage high-impact programs involving 50+ engineers and architects, acting as the primary point of contact for execution, communication, and issue resolution
• Infrastructure Initiatives: Lead critical projects including cloud platform migrations, control plane design, and the deployment of infrastructure automation pipelines
• Program Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery of all milestones
• Stakeholder Management: Provide high-visibility reporting and regular status updates to executive leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and business impact
• Vendor Coordination: Manage third-party deliverables, service agreements, and vendor activities to ensure seamless integration with internal workflows
• Agile Orchestration: Facilitate team workflows using Agile/Scrum frameworks and manage deliverables via tools like Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
• Governance & Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure all infrastructure changes remain compliant with organizational standards and policies

Requirements:

• Technical Program Management: Proven experience leading large-scale technical programs (50+ participants) specifically within Cloud Infrastructure or Engineering environments
• Cloud Infrastructure Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, and control plane architecture to effectively guide engineering teams
• Migration Experience: Demonstrated track record of managing end-to-end cloud platform migrations from planning through to deployment and stabilization
• Project Management Tooling: Expert-level proficiency with Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project for tracking complex deliverables and dependencies
• Framework Mastery: Hands-on experience applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to streamline engineering workflows and drive continuous improvement
• Risk Management: Advanced ability to identify technical and operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve complex roadblocks under tight deadlines
• Executive Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill technical progress into executive-level reporting
• Vendor Management: Experience coordinating with external vendors and managing third-party service agreements to ensure delivery against contract terms
• Compliance Knowledge: Ability to ensure all infrastructure programs adhere to strict technical standards, security policies, and internal documentation requirements
