About the role

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) is accountable for end-to-end governance of linguistic engineering workflows in Polish and Turkish. This role drives planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and SLA compliance, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple linguist pods and shared specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall delivery, planning, and execution of linguistic workflows.
• Manage SLA adherence, quality metrics, risk tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate across language pods (Polish, Turkish), Principal Linguist, QA Lead, and Tools/Automation support.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, capacity planning, and weekly cadence management.
• Conduct weekly governance meetings and regular updates with stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements.
• Support scalability planning for post-POC expansion.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of program management experience in AI/ML, data, or linguistics-focused programs.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing delivery teams in a structured service-delivery environment.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and risk-management skills.
• Knowledge of Polish and/or Turkish is a must.
