About the Role
We are looking for an experienced leader to drive improvements in our software delivery processes across the organization. This role combines program management with engineering workflow optimization, adoption of DevOps best practices, and CI/CD automation.
Requirements
- 6–7+ years of experience managing large, complex IT programs.
- Strong expertise with Jira, CI/CD pipelines, TestRail, ITSM tools.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), DevOps, and IAM/RBAC.
- Proven track record working in matrix organizations and negotiating with multiple stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Fluent English (minimum C1).
Nice to Have
- Certifications in Agile and/or project management (e.g., CSM, CSPO, SAFe, PMI-ACP, PMP).
- Experience with AI-assisted development and testing practices.
