responsibilities :
Provide technical operation, including reactive and pro-active maintenance
Act as quality gate keeper for projects and changes implemented on the system
Maintain documentation
Manage system/application budget
Take ownership of the Power Apps and Power Automate systems.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.
Design and build Power Apps solutions to automate processes, collect data, and enhance productivity.
Create and optimize Power Automate flows to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate development.
Review of M365 Services & Applications that has access to SharePoint through Microsoft Graph API.
Optional: Power BI platform management.
requirements-expected :
You are experienced in IT industry (+5 years)
You possess general understanding of IT technology and market best practices
You are familiar with Service Management (based on ITIL)
You understand or have experience with Windows technologies
