This is a hybrid role based in the Warsaw office.

You will be a subject matter expert with a deep understanding of the organizational domain. You will be working with internal customers and users, translating their needs into a robust, high-value roadmap and driving the development lifecycle of critical internal platforms.
Your tasks will include:
- Partnering with technical product manager(s), product manager(s), builders, and software engineers to understand the internal market and the customers you are serving, to convey that vision to engineering and other stakeholders.
- Collaborating with solution architects and principals to create and manage architecture/service roadmap, ensuring complete visibility for both business and technical items.
- Maintaining product roadmap in partnership with the development manager to provide consistent, clear, and realistic updates to all stakeholders.
- Creating user stories and acceptance criteria to provide clarity for software engineers, ensuring they understand the requirements.
- Working with large-scale technical products or products with many pending architectural changes.
- Responding to questions from developers and clarifying requirements related to the voice of the customer (VOC) and business requirements.
- Participating in scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, grooming, and release planning.
To be a good fit for the Technical Product Owner role you will have:
- At least 2-3 years in a Technical / Product Owner, Project Manager, or dedicated Business Analyst role, having successfully shipped several complex features independently.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Strong communication skills that allow you to speak directly to stakeholders.
- Strong execution focus and proven ability to manage the delivery cycle from requirements to deployment.
- Excellent documentation skills for user stories, clear acceptance criteria, and basic process flows.
- Proven ability to understand and discuss technical architecture, APIs, and non-functional requirements with engineering leadership.
Nice to have:
- Certifications like CSPO or PSPO II/III, PMP, PgMP.
- Proven ability to create concept mock-ups and refine existing design assets.
- Experience working within a SaaS company.
- 2 years’ experience in Software development.
- Understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its core principles.
