We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our team working on retail solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong technical understanding, a background in product management, and experience in implementing web applications. We look for a dedicated Product Owner who has been in this role for at least 3 years and has a proven track record of managing and delivering products.

Your tasks

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Owners, and Stakeholders to understand and align with the business needs
• Lead discussions on priorities, expectations, and requirements within the Scrum/SAFe framework
• Ensure teams are delivering the right features at the right time
• Understand the domain and scope, and provide clear, actionable requirements to the development team
• Gather and document requirements, develop models, and create specifications necessary for product delivery
• Proactively manage the teams backlog, focusing on both priority and scope
• Foster collaboration and coordination with other development teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business, product, and management roles
• Strong understanding of technical aspects of the SDLC
• Proven experience leading highly complex international digitalization projects with top‑management visibility
• Strong business acumen, an analytical mindset, and a deep interest in technology with hands‑on product management experience
• Customer‑focused with a keen ability to prioritize and meet customer needs
• Experience in agile projects that have dependencies on legacy systems
• Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, and the Software Development Life Cycle
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and planning skills, with critical thinking and decision‑making abilities
• Fluent in English and Polish (C1 level or higher)
• Residing in Poland is required

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
• Previous experience in Loyalty Platforms
