We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to address platform software development challenges. Our customer is a German producer specializing in customized solutions for self-supply of solar-powered electricity, including photovoltaic systems, energy storage, and cloud technology systems that promote energy independence.

Main responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the long-term product vision aligned with user needs and business goals
• Develop strategic roadmaps and translate them into actionable milestones and features
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and feedback, managing the product backlog
• Break down epics into user stories with clarity for development teams
• Lead estimation, planning, and sprint preparations
• Gather requirements through structured engagement with engineering, design, customers, and commercial teams
• Align stakeholders around the product vision and roadmap, managing expectations and communicating progress
• Act as the voice of the user and translate technical nuances
• Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility, scalability, and security
• Guide architectural discussions with an understanding of trade-offs
• Provide direction on IAM and IoT integration best practices
• Monitor product performance and track key success metrics
• Use user feedback and behavioral data for iterative improvements
• Drive post-launch support, enhancements, and lifecycle management

Salary: 140 - 175 PLN hourly
