Obowiązki

• work with the customer to understand the needs and create a product backlog,
• work with the Scrum team to plan development tasks ensuring the right things/ products are delivered in the right time,
• gather requirements, develop models, documents, specifications needed for deliver,
• manage and refine the product backlog,
• building optimal cooperation with other Dev Teams.

Wymagania

• +3 years of experience in performing various business, product, and management responsibilities.
• +5 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst
• experience and proven track record of leading international digitalization projects with high complexity and attention from top management (especially in mobile applications),
• strong business acumen, an analytical mindset, a keen interest in technology, previous product management experience,
• strong customer focus,
• experience with agile projects with dependencies to legacy systems,
• strong working (hands-on) knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Software Development Life Cycle
• strong interpersonal, communication, and planning skills, critical thinking and good decision-making abilities,
• fluent English - at least level C1.
