Overview

  • Support and promote a culture of product excellence and a healthy product development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with product management on strategic roadmapping and alignment; help define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Work closely with architects, compliance, quality, engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams to enable delivery of product features and services
  • Act as a customer proxy with engineering teams to define and prioritize features and user stories; participate in agile ceremonies and draft iteration objectives to optimize workflow
  • Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders, ensure transparency, manage expectations, coordinate escalations, and liaise with horizontal functions like SRE, Quality, Security, and PMO
  • Continuously inspect and adapt processes to improve program quality, assess metrics, evaluate business value, and balance operations, bug fixes, and new features
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, prioritize user-centric design, collect and analyze feedback, manage risks and budgets, ensure documentation, and support product adoption through training

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of combined experience in software architecture, engineering, operations, and product ownership/management in SaaS, cloud-native, or internet-scale environments, with education in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
  • Deep understanding of AWS and its ecosystem (e.g., IAM, EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS), with hands-on experience in CI/CD practices, GitOps workflows, and tools like GitLab, ArgoCD, and Terraform
  • Skilled in leading technical discussions around DevOps, platform engineering, and software delivery; knowledgeable in DevSecOps and integrating security into the development pipeline
  • Experience working with complex toolchains and environments using Grafana, Splunk, Vault, and container orchestration solutions
  • Fluent in English, familiar with Agile (Scrum or SAFe), experienced in backlog management and iterative delivery; able to manage product delivery in regulated environments and understands compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, HITRUST); healthcare domain experience is a strong plus
