Overview

As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving supplier integrations throughout the integration and product lifecycle. You will act as the primary technical and business liaison for external suppliers, ensuring smooth deliveries and optimized configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of developers and testers to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions. Oversee onboarding and integration of new team members. Foster a collaborative, respectful team environment
• Lead and manage supplier integrations from initiation to completion
• Be responsible for the deliverables of a team of developers and QAs
• Plan, organize and prioritise the teams backlog and coordinate with key stakeholders from across the company
• Serve as the main technical contact for external suppliers, coordinating all communication and project milestones
• Handle technical setup and configuration of integrations
• Play a pivotal role in agile processes such as Daily, Planning and Estimation meetings
• Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and specifications

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Product Owner (at least 3 years), with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product ownership
• You have a profound knowledge in MSSQL and have a robust background in web services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
• Your analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are top-notch
• You are capable of driving technical projects and effectively managing conflicts
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• Very good command of both spoken and written Polish and English
