Manage and prioritize the swarm’s roadmap to “move the needle” on our KPIs.
Regularly talk to customers, users, developers and other stakeholders, collect their insights and turn them into solutions that provide real business value.
End-to-end ownership of driving the platform forward.
Oversee the launch of new features, coordinate with Product Marketing and Sales.
Own product changes from beginning to end and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure your changes gain momentum and meet targets.
Conduct market research to identify user needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
Elegantly shape and manage all external and internal stakeholders’ expectations and set them up for success.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical platforms and services.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong understanding of platform architecture, including familiarity with scalability and performance requirements.
Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal and written).
Strong analytical skills in order to use data to drive your product decisions.
Strong lateral leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to think strategically and in systems.
Business-level fluency in English.
