We’re opening the position of a Technical Product Manager to join the existing team in the project of our Customers.They provide SaaS solutions that help companies to optimize their businesses. These solutions include business planning & execution, processes automation and optimization. The Customer’s platform leverages industry-leading artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for better predictions and prevention of disruptions across the businesses.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for enabling other teams’ products by meta-driven design.This is a hands-on role assuming work with a meta-model structure, processing, and company products.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and actionable product requirements
• Be responsible for working with customers, business leaders, and the Development Team, to clarify requirements, facilitate communication, and ensure that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goals
• Create clear and detailed product requirements documentation
• Be responsible for managing the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-groomed and prioritized based on business value
• Work closely with the Development Team to ensure that the backlog items are well understood and estimated
• Plan sprints with the Development Team and ensure that the sprint goals align with the product vision and strategy
• Ensure that the sprint backlog is well-defined, and the Development Team has a clear understanding of the work to be done
• Work closely with the Development Team, Architects, UI/UX Designers and other stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to ensure that the product is developed in a collaborative and cross-functional manner
• Guide the Development Team towards the product vision and goals, and resolve any challenges or conflicts that arise along the way
• Address technical issues, prioritize work, manage competing priorities, and resolve possible conflicts between the team members
• Facilitate productive discussions and ensure that everyone is working together towards the same objectives
• Conduct product demonstrations for stakeholders, customers, and the Development Team
• Effectively communicate the product features, benefits, and value proposition
• Work closely with the Development Team to ensure that the product is well-tested and ready for release
• Managing the release process, ensuring that the product is released on time, and meets the Customer’s needs
• Help create effective product documentation (including user guides, configuration guides, and release notes)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial experience in IT
• Strong and comprehensive understanding of various requirements gathering techniques
• Experience with various requirements documentation techniques (user flows, use cases, workflow diagrams, sequence diagrams, business rules, etc.)
• Experience in writing product documentation for internal and external stakeholders (PRD/BRD documents, user manuals, configuration guides, release notes, etc.)
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and explain business and technical requirements to different stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Practical experience with requirements prioritization
• Strong understanding of Agile practices and SLDC
• Experience in product discovery and solution proposal for Customer’s problems
• Knowledge of UI/UX design process and experience working with the Design Team
• Experience of creating product roadmaps
• Clear understanding of the product vision & strategy and ability to communicate it to the team
• Effective collaboration skills to work with business and technical stakeholders
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience using Jira and Aha for product backlog management and sprint planning
• English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher
