Technical Product Advisor with Italian – Concentrix
Job Description: The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding clients product or services.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries: e-mails and phone calls
- Support individual (B2C) and business customers (B2B)
- Deal with the following topics: complaints, inquiries regarding post-warranty repairs, and technical issues
- Explain non-technical customers how electronics devices work, what is inside the device
- Communicate in a friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner to care about the quality of the service
- Input data, write quickly and clearly
Requirements
- Fluent Italian (C1/C2) – both written and spoken
- Very good English (B2/C1) – both written and spoken
- Technical understanding – interest or knowledge of how electronic devices work
- Ability to deal with challenging or disappointed customers in a calm way
- Team player, adaptable, and quality-focused with good IT tool skills
- Experience in customer service (individual / business customers)
- Mile widziane: Interest in a new technology and electronics trends
