This position offers a hybrid work setup, with time split between remote work and our office in Szczecin or Gdansk (Poland). You need to uphold working permit in the location mentioned above. You will refer to the Head of Technical Solutions. Your technical English language skills need to be at a higher professional level (oral and written).
Location: Szczecin or Gdansk, Poland. Hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Develop Project based Work Instructions / Method Statements for Onshore / Offshore WTG Installation, Main component exchange and Service.
- Offer Technical support to Sales and Operations Units.
- You will occasionally be responsible for organizing, testing, and documenting prototypes and mock-ups.
- You will be responsible for adapting user instructions, manuals, and usage guidelines for new machinery, including hydraulic and power tools.
- Identify repetitive actions and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Develop and maintain clear, structured, and user-friendly layouts for technical documentation.
- Proven hands-on experience in Onshore / Offshore WTG Installation, Service and Main Components Exchange.
- Strong working knowledge of Hydraulic tools used on WTG Installation.
- Strong understanding of Technical standards, EU Machinery Directive, regulations and legislation.
- Ability to assess how safety equipment aligns with process-related risks and how this relationship influences construction, service, and maintenance activities.
- Knowledge of Management of Change methodology.

Qualifications / Desired competencies
- Being Proactive to help the Operations Teams.
- Proven ability to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation.
- Experienced in technical product safety and process safety, including conducting thorough risk assessments with the support of QHSE Department.
- Ability to travel (40% travel days).
