This position will cover a work within a specialist team such as data and tool management. The role holder will be expected to demonstrate a level of knowledge and experience that enables them to work independently. The person will be responsible for multiple aspects of technical operations activities and assisting other colleagues when required.
responsibilities :
Set up of service master data in various tools: internal database, SAP
Understanding of processes end to end and introduce them to key stakeholders
Provide ad-hoc reports and data analyses
Create tools and solutions to improve internal processes
SAP: Material Management, Quality management, other transactions relevant to specific business needs
Updating and maintaining service data in internal corporate tools
Support service partners in registration of FSAS Technologies support, administration the registration tool
Preparing high quality, accurate and timely responses to requests received
Providing guidance around technical prerequisites, technical features, etc.
Handling incoming standard requests and queries; dealing with escalations

Knowledge in data management/master data
Excel: reports, data analysis, conclusions
VBA
Microsoft SQL
Stress resistance and ability to work under pressure
Experience in process creation and implementation
Multitasking and analytical thinking
Ability to understand complex end to end processes and connections between systems
Excellent knowledge of English language in written and verbal communication
