We are hiring talent for a leading European CRM solutions provider from Sweden, recognized for delivering user-friendly platforms that enable businesses to strengthen customer relationships and drive sustainable growth.
In this role, you will lead the Integrations & Partners Team, owning the technical vision and strategy for backend integrations that power a dynamic CRM product. Additionally, you will manage a growing local office, cultivating a collaborative, inclusive work culture that supports team morale and technical excellence.
Stack: Python, REST, GraphQL, AWS, event-driven systems, messaging queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week working from the office on ul. Krupnicza 3, Kraków.
Lead & Grow a High-Performing Team
•Recruit, mentor, and guide backend engineers to uphold best coding practices and continuously enhance their skills.
•Foster a supportive environment that encourages professional development and open collaboration.
Define & Execute Integration Strategy
•Shape and maintain a robust integration platform, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and seamless connectivity with external systems.
•Drive architectural decisions for REST, GraphQL, and event-driven integrations using technologies like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
Office & Culture Management
•Oversee local office operations and cultivate an inclusive, engaging workplace culture.
•Organize team-building activities, celebrate milestones, and ensure the team thrives in a positive environment.
Technical Leadership & Hands-On Involvement
•Participate in key design and architecture discussions, providing insights into best practices and emerging tech trends.
•Set quality standards for code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
•Work closely with partners, stakeholders, and other teams to align integration plans with business objectives.
•Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, balancing strategic vision with practical execution.
Proven Team Leadership Experience
•Demonstrated success in managing or mentoring backend engineering teams, with an emphasis on culture building.
Strong Backend & Integration Expertise
•Proficiency in Python (or similar languages) and experience with REST, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures.
•Comfortable designing and implementing scalable, high-availability solutions using messaging queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
Strategic & Hands-On Mindset
•Ability to translate long-term vision into actionable plans while remaining adaptable to immediate project needs.
•Comfortable making high-level technical decisions and guiding their practical implementation.
Office & Operations Management
•Exposure to managing physical office setups, addressing day-to-day operations, and leading on-site events.
•Skilled at facilitating a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and innovation.
