We are looking for an experienced Technical Leader to join our agile team and drive the technical excellence of our digital products. You will be working on a high-impact international project that involves designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge digital platforms used globally by employees, clients, and drivers. These platforms are at the core of our operational efficiency, enabling seamless global collaboration and delivering innovative solutions across the organization.
You will be responsible for designing and overseeing solution architecture, guiding the development team, and promoting best practices across the project.
responsibilities :
Defining technical and operational assumptions and designing macro-level solutions
Facilitating technical discussions and workshops and stimulating team creativity
Designing and developing components using a microservices architecture
Ensuring solution quality by setting standards, measuring quality metrics, issuing alerts on non-conformities, and approving final implementations
Identifying tools and technologies needed for rapid and effective component delivery
Analyzing technical risks and proposing mitigation strategies
Mentoring and supporting developers in improving their technical skills
Sharing knowledge to enhance collective efficiency and drive continuous improvement
requirements-expected :
Proven experience as a Technical Leader
Minimum 5 years of experience
Strong expertise in Java and Angular
Solid understanding of microservices architecture
Experience working in agile environments
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to drive technical decisions and support team development
Experience with DevOps practices
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Openness to commuting to the office in Warsaw 2 days a week
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
