Technical Leader - Thermal and Aero Engineering

• Language: English, C1
• Master degree in engineering
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience
• Teamwork, analytical thinking, self-motivation and decision-making skills
• The ability to motivate colleagues and is in possession of a ‘can-do’ mentality (so do we!)
• Understands a variety of cultures, is internationally oriented and able to build rapport between organizations, people and cultures
• The ability to multi-task, providing coverage to several concurrent projects utilizing external resources or business partners
• In-depth understanding of thermal and fluid mechanics theory
• Professional experience within thermal engineering, fluid mechanics, performance or energy engineering
• Strong technical and team leading skills
• Ability to empower and motivate people
• CFD simulation experience (Ansys FLUENT or other)

• Thermal FEA software experience (Abaqus, Ansys Thermal Analysis)
• Language: French
