We’re searching for an experienced Technical Leader to drive the migration of critical business applications as part of our data center migration program.
B2B: 24 000 – 32 000 PLN net+vat/month
Location: Warsaw, hybrid: 4 days/week on-site
responsibilities :
As the Technical Leader, you’ll oversee the migration of X business applications, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Analyze and document the “as-is” state of applications.
Define migration goals and develop “to-be” architectures.
Create and execute detailed migration plans.
Adapt, refactor, and test application code as needed.
Set up new environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD, DR).
Manage network, middleware, and database requirements.
Test migration scenarios and ensure certifications are completed.
Execute migrations and decommission old environments.
Maintain live documentation and provide clear communication.
requirements-expected :
Proven Experience in application migration or deployment projects.
Technical Expertise in IT technologies: Java, PL/SQL, middleware, API, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), CI/CD, and containerization (e.g., Kubernetes).
Collaboration Skills to work with cross-functional teams and drive results.
Domain Knowledge in transaction processing systems (bonus: experience in payments).
