You will join a new Feature Team based in Warsaw, with peers located in France and India. With 11 colleagues and your direct manager you will maintain and develop Loan IQ – an application used by the Structured Finance teams. As a Technical Leader, your role will focus on driving the development effort and supporting developers in their daily work as their mentor and technical expert. You will work in Agile environment and apply the Software Craftsmanship best practices.
responsibilities :
Understanding business requirements (in cooperation with business analysts) and define technical solution to implement them
Ensuring that solutions are compliant with architects’ recommendations and production requirements
Taking ownership for architectural decisions from technical application point of view
Developing code by applying software craftsmanship best practices and quality standards in continuous delivery spirit
Performing unit and end-to-end tests all along the development and before the go-lives
Guiding and coaching software engineers in the team
Acting as a technical referent on the modules owned by the Feature Team
Building and maintaining technical documentation
Designing, monitoring, and setting up KPIs aligned with business expectations
Ensuring L2 production support - “You build it, you run it”
Taking active participation in continuous improvement activities
requirements-expected :
7-8 years of professional experience in software engineering
Technical skills, focus on: Java, Angular, Rest API, SQL
