• For this project, we are looking for an Embedded Software Technical Leader who will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of embedded software in C for next-generation automotive radar systems. You will work closely with experienced technologists, radar experts, and scientists on innovative, safety-critical solutions for the automotive industry.
• By joining this role, you also become a member of the Embedded Competence Center at Sii — an internal organization bringing together over 500 embedded specialists. At Sii, we deliver around 100 projects for 50 clients across industries such as automotive, IoT, telecommunications, and medical, offering long-term development opportunities and exposure to cutting-edge technologies.

• Lead a team developing software and tools driving Arbe’s radar
• Work with the Architecture and Integration teams to deliver quality solutions
• Define and execute project milestones and timelines
• Mentor team members, review code
• Ensure development best practices and compliance with industry standards

• At least 5 years of experience in leading engineers or owning major SW components
• Significant Linux experience
• Solid Python skills
• Strong C programming skills
• System-level thinking
• Self-driven, fast learner, ability to work independently and drive tasks end-to-end
• Strong communication skills – ability to collaborate cross-functionally and "sell" ideas internally
• Comfortable working in a fast & dynamic environment
• Fluency in English
• Residing in Poland required
