Lead technical efforts within R&D project related to autonomous networks, AI for Network, Telco Cloud (Cloud Native).
Participation in strategic Orange projects with high expected impact on future network operations and automation initiatives.
Implementation of Proof of Concept (PoC) for AI based network automation processes/solutions (typically with cloud-native infrastructure for 5G networks).
Integration of service/network automation solutions with other telco tools, CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes.
Contribution to technical decision-making processes and ensure technical excellence across the projects.
Involvement in both Orange Poland and international projects which have significant impact on business.

A technical leader passionate about building a strong engineering culture based on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Understanding of AI/ML techniques, including Generative AI and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
Knowledge in Network Function Virtualization (NFV), Network Automation & Orchestration and DevOps (linux, bash, git, GitLab CI/CD, GitOps).
Smooth communication in English.
