The Software Infrastructure Skill Centre is leading digital transformation in telecommunication environment. In particular, team focuses on development and integration of Orchestration/Automation solutions using AI with the rest of Orange Network environment to automatize with of Virtual Network Functions (VNF) and Cloud-Native Network Function (CNF) deployments over the network. Our work is at the heart of strategic Orange initiatives with major expected impact, accelerating the transformation of network operations through AI and automation at scale.

• A technical leader passionate about building  a strong engineering culture based on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of AI/ML techniques, including Generative AI and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Knowledge in Network Function Virtualization (NFV), Network Automation & Orchestration and DevOps (linux, bash, git, GitLab CI/CD, GitOps).
• Smooth communication in English and Polish

Will be a plus:

• Programming experience in Python

,[Lead technical efforts within R&D project related to autonomous networks, AI for Network, Telco Cloud (Cloud Native). , Participation in strategic Orange projects with high expected impact on future network operations and automation initiatives., Implementation of Proof of Concept (PoC) for AI based network automation processes/solutions (typically with cloud-native infrastructure for 5G networks)., Integration of service/network automation solutions with other telco tools, CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes., Contribution to technical decision-making processes and ensure technical excellence across the projects., Involvement in both Orange Poland and international projects which have significant impact on business.
