As a Technical Leader, your mission will be to lead and coordinate a group of 3/4 developers in a squad.

We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:

1. You will ensure that the team is working efficiently and meets the regulatory project objectives.
2. You will work side by side with a technical specialist who will help you to improve the architecture and technical implementation of the solution in place.
3. Your mission is to ensure that the development team has the necessary tools and resources to work effectively.
4. Part of the team will be people with less seniority and you will need to accompany them in their development.
5. You will use Scrum methodology and be part of a high-performance team.
6. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team is following industry best practices and defined company standards/methodology.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

1. Strong technical skills proven experience at least 7 years in software development, at least 3 with Spark (Scala) cloud.
2. Strong communication, at least 2 years leading development teams.
3. Agile approach for software development.
4. Continuous Integration (Git, GitHub, Jenkins).
5. SQL.
6. English (at least B2+).

Preferred qualifications:

1. Jenkins orchestration.
2. Bash script.
3. ControlM.
4. Software development life cycle (HP ALM).
5. Basics of cybersecurity & Quality (Sonar…).
6. Basics of Cloud computing (Docker, Kubernetes, OS3, Azure, AWS).
7. SOA Architecture.
8. Spanish will be a plus.
