As a Technical Leader you will be responsible for driving technical quality, stability, and delivery across a complex engineering domain. You will act as the primary bridge between leadership and the development team, ensuring that business goals are effectively translated into robust technical solutions.

This role requires both strategic, architectural thinking and hands-on technical involvement. You will support the team in solving challenging infrastructure and system-level issues, particularly those impacting end users. A core part of the role is maintaining performance, reliability, and scalability across a multi-layered system, while guiding engineering standards and best practices.

You will also play an important role in technical coordination, decision-making, and oversight of engineering work, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and long-term maintainability of solutions.

Technical Environment

The environment consists of multiple interconnected layers, each requiring solid technical understanding:

• Data Processing Layer: Advanced C# codebase, including patterns inspired by functional programming
• Backend & Data Layer: Core system logic built around Microsoft SQL Server, with a TypeScript-based data access layer
• Frontend & API Layer: Modern frontend built with React and state management solutions, communicating via GraphQL with a Node.js-based backend
• Infrastructure: Messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ) and deployment models spanning both on-premise environments and cloud platforms such as Azure

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with strong expertise in C# and/or Node.js
• Experience in technical leadership roles or in coordinating the work of distributed or external engineering teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly within complex, multi-tier and distributed architectures
• Ability to operate across the full stack and understand interactions between frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure layers
• Very good English communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain technical matters to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in Cybersecurity or Identity & Access Management (e.g., Active Directory / Entra ID) is a strong advantage
