Role Overview
We are looking for a hands‑on Technical Lead to design, implement and optimize delivery workflows, ensuring they are adopted and executed effectively. You will also play a key role in AI‑aided software development and testing initiatives, integrating intelligent automation into our future delivery landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of delivery processes and workflows across engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers and product managers to ensure process adoption and continuous improvement.
- Provide expert guidance on integrating AI into software development and testing pipelines.
- Act as a change agent, driving technical excellence and process maturity.
- Facilitate workshops and technical discussions with clarity and impact.
- Negotiate and align with stakeholders across departments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical leadership roles within software engineering.
- Strong hands‑on background in process design and delivery optimization.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in software development and testing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and inspire cross‑functional teams.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
