• Our client is a British organization focused on road safety and training. Their growth is driven by the acquisition of similar businesses, and they are building their own applications to deliver a unique proposition to the customers. They are in the early stages of integrating AI technologies into their stack.
• We are excited to announce the launch of their new technology entity in Poland, expanding their global footprint and creating new opportunities for innovation and collaboration.
• We are on the lookout for a Technical Lead, who will oversee the development of their core products, which are offered as a fast-growing SaaS solution. Reporting directly to the Head of IT, you’ll play a key role in decision-making and act as a mentor to the development team.
• Stack: .NET Core, C#, React, TypeScript, CosmosDB, Azure WebApps & Azure Functions

• Lead technical discussions, guide the development team, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with team members to align project goals, tackle technical challenges, and develop implementation strategies.
• Drive architecture and design decisions, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
• Work in close partnership with the Product Owner to align on business priorities, user stories, and system implementations.
• Take a hands-on approach in developing core features using .NET Core and React, while setting a high standard for code quality.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure consistent coding practices and adherence to development methodologies.
• Guide the team in defect management and security analysis, promoting security best practices and leveraging automated testing.
• Mentor and coach junior developers to foster professional growth and elevate the team’s technical capabilities.
• Lead all stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, architecture, development, and release management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and UX/UI design, to refine technical requirements and provide insights.
• Stay on the cutting edge of technology, continuously evaluating and adopting new tools and frameworks to keep the team ahead of the curve.
• Troubleshoot live operational issues, identifying root causes and ensuring solutions are implemented to prevent recurrence.

• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD systems (experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines is a plus).
• Expertise in security technologies including OAuth2 authentication, OpenID Connect, Azure AD B2C/B2B.
• Comprehensive understanding of all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong interest in software development technologies, methodologies, and their practical application.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
• Expertise in technical decision-making, architecture design, and driving technical strategy.
• Ability to conduct detailed code reviews, refactor existing code, and resolve bugs.
• Extensive experience working within Agile development frameworks.
• Strong leadership qualities, including problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
