Technical Lead with .NET and Salesforce
Join Sii Poland as a Technical Lead to guide the development of the Letters of Credit Case Management Tool (CMT) and Salesforce initiatives. You’ll provide strategic technical oversight with expertise in .NET and Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration and high‑quality delivery across both platforms.
Work hours: 14:00–22:00 US Eastern Time Zone.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical leadership for the CMT product (SQL Server, C#, .NET, Azure, Service Bus) and Salesforce (Apex, Communities, integrations).
- Aligning delivery with business goals in collaboration with Product Managers and Agile Leads.
- Overseeing architecture reviews, solution design, and system integration.
- Ensuring security, scalability, and workflow efficiency.
- Managing technical risks, dependencies, and sprint deliverables.
- Supporting testing phases, including UAT and release coordination.
- Communicating effectively with global teams in English.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in .NET software development.
- Proven leadership experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Azure, Service Bus.
- Experience with Salesforce platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Residing in Poland.
Nice to Have
- Experience in financial systems or government projects.
- Familiarity with SIGMA API alerts, RFI workflows, and document management.
- Practical experience with workflow configuration and dashboard customization.
